Always store gtk-color-scheme values from all sources in the

2007-03-01  Matthias Clasen <mclasen@redhat.com>

        * gtk/gtksettings.c: Always store gtk-color-scheme
        values from all sources in the ColorSchemeData struct
        and ignore the property_value for gtk-color-scheme.
        This fixes #412596, reported by Thomas Wood.
